Well the software doesn't read your motherboard's temperature because there are no onboard sensors to read off.
Really there is no point in knowing its temperature. All your motherboard really does is connect all the hardware you install like a circuit board. It does not do any processing of information itself. Your processor and other components will die off long before any heat problems can pose a threat to the motherboard.

Thats the debug code LED on your motherboard. Its not meant to display temperature.Use software like the Speedfan you are using, to monitor temperature.
If you are worried it is not showing correct numbers, you can use other monitoring software like HWmonitor

So is my temps ok to use the oc genie that i was provided on the motherboard disc its just really so i can get my ram up to the 2133 as its only running at 1600 and im using speed fan were does it tell me the temp of my motherboard

Everything is fine. Motherboard doesn't produce as much heat as the CPU or GPU. It won't cause heat issues. The pipes on your H60 are warm because its doing its job of taking the heat away from the CPU.
So they are meant to get hot? and also if i click the OC genie will that cause my motherboard to get hot also, as i did click that oc genie just so i could get my memory up to 2133 as its only running at 1600 at the moment. do you know what the numbers represent on the motherboard is it the mobo temperature? if it is it has reached 69 when im playing games.
