Is this good for gaming?
I'm looking for a good gaming pc that'll allow me to play a lot of up-coming and current games on 60+ fps on high-end settings.

I currently have
Motherboard:MS-7778 (JasmineR)
Processor:AMD A8 6500
Video graphics:AMD Radeon HD 8570D
Power Supply:Internal 300W (100V-240V)

I'm wondering if -
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock H97M Anniversary Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 270 2GB TurboDuo Video Card
- is any better, and if so, is there anything else I would need? I'm fairly new when it comes to the parts of a computer and what's good, so I'm looking for advice. If there is anything better than that or I need anything more, please tell me. I'm looking for a fairly affordable upgrade that'll allow me to run anything smoothly. My price range is 300-450/500. If possible, cheaper would be pref. of course.

You could upgrade your current build very easily. Just add a discrete GPU like the GTX 750 Ti or the R7 265. The only problem i see is the PSU, you'll need to upgrade it too.

Also, check this build:
