Is 550w enough?

I can parts anywhere. I want something that'll handle my system, and just that. Nothing over expensive

Corsair TX, HX and AX series, Antec has many, XFX are quality units and so on even some newer Cooler Master units. More a question what is available in your market area.

Where can you buy parts and what's the budget?

Could you lead me to a decent suggestion that doesn't cost a complete bomb? It's just I've gone through 2 psu that weren't exactly cheap, or stressed
