Budget Gaming PC
Can somebody build me a $500 - $600 gaming PC? The only gaming I will do is League of Legends and I am planning to record and video edit it.

I focused it more on CPU rather than GPU because you video edit and you will want a great processor.

I don't need an OS.
I already have a mouse and I can buy a keyboard at a local Staples
For video editing, I'm going to use Sony Vegas Pro. Additionally, I will not do extremely fancy editing
