Best CPU cooling under $150 - Swiftech H240-X (or H220-x)

Best Cooling under $100 - Cryorig R1 Ultimate
Best cooling under $70 - Phanteks PH-TC14-PE
Before ya commit to the 760T, Id look at the Enthoo Luxe, it's cheaper and is reviewed better, with built in fan controller, built in LED RGB system and LED controller

http://www.cryorig.com/r1-ultimate.php <---- I use this in alternation with my open loop cooler from xspc

As for the fans, perhaps fill the case with Corsair's high end fans with the coloured rings. And the Red coloured rings for them.
