PC struggles to power up, i can hear the fan making big noise few times
So my problem is that when i try to restart my PC or to turn it on after i unplugged the power, it struggles to turn on.. I can hear the fan ( not sure if graphics card or processor ) few times making big noise, and it goes on for about 1-3min. After that is all normal. I can play games normally, and one more thing is when i shut down through windows ( i have 8.1 pro), it starts normally in 15sec ( im not an expert but i think i red somewhere thats something new came with 8.1). All components are new exepct the power supply. Is it because of it or is it something else?

Please help!

Sorry if my grammar is bad im trying my best, and if theres an article about this already my apologize.

It's very likely the power supply especially if you upgraded components to higher power use ones. You should list your system specs including the brand and model of the power supply.

If you have an add-on video card and have onboard video, remove the video card and use onboard, see if that helps. Can also try to reset the BIOS to defaults (unplug from wall power and use the reset jumper on the motherboard).
