could dirty graphics card contacts or scratched graphics card contacts cause stuttering in games?
quick question could dirty graphics card contacts or scratched graphics card contacts cause stuttering in games?

my gtx 770 is fairly new but i get some stuttering in games sometimes and i was wondering if that could be the cause?

I've been seeing on a lot of fourms that the CX series from Corsair is a bad one.

This is also a possibility and would be the next component to check out.

Any update on stability after lowering the memory speed to 1333 (suggested due to using mixed memory)?

Unless you operate in a very dusty environment and had cleanliness issues before installing your gpu, the contacts should be fine.

Try setting your memory to 1333 and see if the system stabilizes.

What speed is your memory set at in your BIOS?

Anything overclocked?
