I just upgraded my CPU PSU and motherboard
here is the new psu

CPU is a fx6300
motherboard is ASUS sabertooth 990fx
I'm using the Same graphic card from my old build use to get like 15-20 fps now I'm getting 30-60 fps constantly My gpu use to idle at 30c with old build now it idles at 36-39c in runs into the high 60s while gaming is this because its using more power then it did before ?

The GPU temps, no matter what model it is (you should've specified though), are great, GPUs go in 70-80C range while on load, yours is in great temps area. And the idling temps are good too.
Well, you can't really compare two TOTALLY different system for temps (CPU, MoBo change means basically a system upgrade).
