Only one fix

-RAM and cooler likely will hit
Faster memory for less money

Rest I'd take a look see before making final decision

-Good PSU but way cheaper at newegg

-I'd take the MSI GD65 over the Asus Board .... I like Asus from $225 and up but comparable boards from MSI and Asus below $200 are $40 apart with the MSI having same features and equal or better components

-Better case with built in fan controller for less money

-The Phanteks cooler edges the Noctua and is less money and it's not fugly :)
well it was cheaper 10 minutes ago ... now same price but still better performance and better aesthetics.

Drop the tall heatsinks on the memory and get lower profile memory to keep from having CPU cooler clearance issues, G Skill Sniper series are good.
For the WIFI I use these in my house and they perform right on par with my PC connected directly to the cable.
