Hello, i have a problem, my pc tends to crash when i am playing high end games even though it should run them at 60 fps. The games are dota 2, bf4, sometimes it crashes the newest tomb raider, and now it crashes middle earth: shadow of mordor. Sometimes the screen turns black and the last sound produced repeats forever. Sometimes the screen turns to a random color(pink, yellow, brown, green, etc.) Either way i have to manually shut it off because it becomes unresponsive. Video card drivers are up to date. I tried to delete them and do a clean reinstall but it didn't work.
My specs :
CPU:intel i7 4770k @3.5 ghz
Videocard: asus gtx 770 2 gb.
psu: 750 watts (dont remember the brand).
RAM: 16 gb ram 2x8 crucial ballistix sport
Motherboard: gigabyte z87 hd3
Do you have any suggestions on what to do? I am lost because I think i tried eerything

I question the quality of your PSU. You would be better off with a good quality single rail PSU.With your build of quality parts, I would suggest looking into a better one.
Have you and old Nvidia gpu you can plug in and see if the crashing continues? That was my first though(about psu) since this is my first built PC I don't have an old GPU, I am considering buying corsair hx850 for possible SLI in few years

Is there any new hardwar, or has this been going on for a while? One could ask if PC is overheating at all, as you said it happens more frequently on the higher end games. Perhaps it may be time to clean up your CPU and put a fresh coat of thermal grease on. Just some extra ideas, if you aren't having luck with the other suggestions.

Try Guru3D driver sweeper
http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/driver-sweeper-down...
tried it, didn't work. But I noticed that when i make the resolution in 3dmark and regular games a little bit lower, 1600x900 instead of 1920x1080, it works better and has less crashes
