What's the deal with "Public Version" Video Cards / GPU's
One popped up in Google shopping, so I looked around and it appears to mean cheaper and from China, but that's all I can tell. Such as this one:

Are they unlicensed unregulated products or something? I mean even the big manufacturers probably produce in China, so I don't know how much of a difference that makes. Thanks!

They are fake. A 770 does not have DDR3.
