670 SLI or wait a buy a new card in the spring?
I currently have a 670. I have found the same model for $230 (Gigabyte GTX 670 X3 wind) on Kijji. If he doesn't have offers I'll over $180-$200. But, I don't know if I should. First is it even worth it to SLI over getting a new card which might be a GTX 980 in spring. And second if the SLI is worth it, what is this card really worth to buy now? Is $230 a good price? or should as I said offer less?

It will depend on what is out at that time. GM200 should be out by then along with the 390X, so you'll have to see what is available at the time of your purchase.

Personally i'd go for a new card. That card is now 2 generations old, second hand and no warranty. For $200 you can get a brand new 280 which has the same performance. For whatever reason the 670's are way over valued and I wouldn't pay more than $100 for a second hand one. They were an expensive card but in todays market I just don't think they worth that much. But maybe everyone on kijiji has lost their marbles since there is a 770 and a bunch of 280x's going for the same price as you can buy them new.

The 970 about as fast as SLI 670's, so I say just wait to buy a 970 or 980. $230 is too much for a 670.
