That looks good, yes.

Either go with Outlander's second list, or get a non-K CPU to go with the non-overclocking board in your own list.
Then, while not critical, the EVGA "B" series is nothing special. It is their G2 models that absolutely rock for quality. That, or anything built by Seasonic. Your call, the one you've picked is a step above the Corsair "CX" and "GS" lines that many people think to choose on a budget. I contributed to a thread today in which yet another one of those had capacitor failures after only 13 months.

Although you have no bad parts there, they are a generation (or two) behind, using Socket 1155 rather than Socket 1150. If you can find a comparably priced CPU and motherboard, you may gain as much as 10% performance improvement in some things.
If you don't intend to overclock, you can get the slightly cheaper non-K series CPU, and a H87 rather than Z97 or Z87 motherboard.
If you do intend to overclock, I recommend you add a 120mm tower-style cooler, other than the frequently parroted CM Hyper212 EVO. That's not a bad cooler, but it is an atrocious bang/buck Loser. It has many competitors, offering similar performance (within 1C-3C) for up to 40% less money. For most people, a difference of even 3C simply doesn't matter; if you're going for extreme overclocks where it does matter, you'll want a better cooler anyway, like a 140mm Noctua or Phanteks, for 2x-3x the price.
