a b V Motherboard

If you need a recommendation for a motherboard still go with a Z97-A. Overclocking is easy and it supports SLI & Crossfire. No need for the 770 unless your getting a good discount. Get the GTX 970.

m getting 2 770 gtx one is 27k and other is 21k 27k is gddr5 and 21k is only ddr5 what this mean ?? gddr5 or ddr5 ?? and suggest more graphic cards in under 20k m thank you in advance

the Corsair PSU is a very cheapr quality
dont buy it..go with the seasonic
SLI means putting 2 GPUs on one motherboard the almost double your gaming performance (if you intend to do it in the future)
well for 7-8K you will get a Z87 motherboard
i suggested z97 mainly because it supports the next generation of intel CPUs ie broadwell ( just in case you intend to upgrade your CPU in the future you wont have to change your motherboard)
the 770 is way better than the R9 280
it will play these games at 1080p and ultra settings comfortably

psu of corsair vs 650w is around 4k buy dat one or u suggested this one ? and can u plz tell what is this sli plus ?? why it is needed ? and why should i spend too much on mobo i think around 7 to 8k there lots of good mobo if there any advantage i wil go with your suggestion and bro graphic card i was planning was r9x 270 or 280 is 770 is better than ?? reply soon and suggests more gpu under 20k which can play game gta 5 n batman easily ??

yes man the i5 is perfect for gaming
there is a slight difference between i5 and i7 gaming performance but not too much
the performance difference will be more noticeable if you put in money for a better graphics card
i would suggest this build:

CPU- i5 4690- 15500(this is the price for the K version, non k version is obviously cheaper but by how much i dont know)
Mobo-MSI Z97 Gaming 3(for non SLI) or MSI Z97 SLI plus (for SLI)- both approximately 11500
RAM- Corsair Vengeance 4*2 GB 1600 Mhz - 6000
GPU- MSI GTX 770 twin forzer 2GB GPU- 23000
PSU- Seasonic S12 ii 620W - 5800
Case- Coolermaster Elite 431 plus -3500
HDD- WD Blue 1 TB- 3500

Total- 68800

suggestions:
1) it would be good if you could extend your budget by this much to get the best build
2) cost of non K version will be reduced from the total
3) the GTX 960 is expected to come out soon... it should be the same price as the 770 or even cheaper and will perform better
4) if you want to restrict yourself to 65K buy a cheaper cabinet as it does nto have any direct relation with performance
5) since the GTX 900 series launched recently the prices of the 700 series are supposed to drop as a result you could even get the 770 for a cheaper price
6) do you live in delhi? if so i could suggest where you should buy your build

first thank you ghost 24 for quick reply @beni rohit yeah bro me too thinking on that so if i skip k series should i go with i7 4790 without k series ?? and can i able to play upcoming games like gta 5 and batman on high setting actaually m not that hardcore gamer so m gonna buy a graphic car in between 15-20k maximum and if i5 4760 is fine with gaming then m gonna save some bucks and if possible suggest a best rig under 65k exclude monitor and speaker hoping for quick reply :)
