the Corsair PSU is a very cheapr quality
dont buy it..go with the seasonic
SLI means putting 2 GPUs on one motherboard the almost double your gaming performance (if you intend to do it in the future)
well for 7-8K you will get a Z87 motherboard
i suggested z97 mainly because it supports the next generation of intel CPUs ie broadwell ( just in case you intend to upgrade your CPU in the future you wont have to change your motherboard)
the 770 is way better than the R9 280
it will play these games at 1080p and ultra settings comfortably

yes man the i5 is perfect for gaming
there is a slight difference between i5 and i7 gaming performance but not too much
the performance difference will be more noticeable if you put in money for a better graphics card
i would suggest this build:
CPU- i5 4690- 15500(this is the price for the K version, non k version is obviously cheaper but by how much i dont know)
Mobo-MSI Z97 Gaming 3(for non SLI) or MSI Z97 SLI plus (for SLI)- both approximately 11500
RAM- Corsair Vengeance 4*2 GB 1600 Mhz - 6000
GPU- MSI GTX 770 twin forzer 2GB GPU- 23000
PSU- Seasonic S12 ii 620W - 5800
Case- Coolermaster Elite 431 plus -3500
HDD- WD Blue 1 TB- 3500
Total- 68800
suggestions:
1) it would be good if you could extend your budget by this much to get the best build
2) cost of non K version will be reduced from the total
3) the GTX 960 is expected to come out soon... it should be the same price as the 770 or even cheaper and will perform better
4) if you want to restrict yourself to 65K buy a cheaper cabinet as it does nto have any direct relation with performance
5) since the GTX 900 series launched recently the prices of the 700 series are supposed to drop as a result you could even get the 770 for a cheaper price
6) do you live in delhi? if so i could suggest where you should buy your build
