Hey guys, so unfortunately i have to send my PSU(XFX pro series 750w) back as every so often it wont turn on and of coarse they don't have any left in stock so they can't give me another one. I want at least a 750w cause i wanna future proof. I have a budget of around £80. Any opinions?
Specs
mobo: Asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0
GPU: R9 280x
CPU: FX 8350
PSU: XFX pro series 750w
HDD: WD 1TB
RAM: crucial tactical tracer 2x4gb, 1600
Thanks

Oh I just saw you have XFX xD.....Yes the G2 series are very good PSU OEMd by SuperFlower as I have mentioned on my first post. Although I am mostly in it for the 850W G2 cause its the one I am upgrading too soon
. But any G2 supernova is nice too, All modular, the cables are all black! and you get 10 Year Warranty which is just epic imo.
i know it sounds like an all round good buy!

The Tier 2 Class A are still Okay, they are recommended specially when on budget. Like the XFX's I have mentioned. Although for me, I wouldn't cheap out on them PSUs though.

yep from that link,
nowadays the older XFX series you can find on the Tom's list Tier 2 Class A are also cheaper nowadays compared from when I bought mine last December.
From this series:
XFX
Pro series
Core series <--- I use this atm, now they are cheaper than I last bought it
TS Series
XTR series
Supernova's are also nice OEMd by SuperFlower Tier 1 Are the best bang for buck because its cheaper + modular and high quality, *I am looking at your Super Nova 850W G2*
And it has 10YEARS! Warranty
After registration.
