Everytime I play battlefield 4 it crashed after 10-15 mins.
At first I got this-

I've also experienced BSODs while playing!
Please SOMEBODY HELP! Should I replace my HDD? Will it be a permanent end to my crashes?

What the HELL! Every time a new file gets corrupt or what? Is it my HDD Acting up? Should I replace it?

I assume you only get these problems in Battlefield 4.
Download and install DirectX

Download and install the latest Nvidia drivers for your card
http://www.geforce.com/drivers
Then give the game a try.
