I've got an EVGA GTX 650, which I'm upgrading to an R9 280x (Already ordered it) But I'm hesitant to let go of Shadowplay, PhysX, etc. My motherboard has 2 PCIe x16 slots for 2 Graphics cards, could I plug them both in for the benefits of both?

^These two are the most reasonable short answers. It actually can be done, but requires playing driver games that involve mixing older versions that co-exist a lot better than current ones. I'm not familiar with all the details, but hopefully a graphics / driver wizard will be along with more useful information, or sources for it.Correct, from my understanding there are some hacky drivers out there. After reading several posts on the topic however, most people seem to think that it does not perform like it should with a dedicated physX card and it actually drops overall performance dramatically. If this was the case it would not surprise me at all. If you really want the Nvidia proprietary features then I'd recommend returning the AMD card and getting a gtx 970 or something along those lines... my 2 cents, I wouldn't be happy with 'homebrew' drivers.
