Final thoughts on my gaming PC build?

You may want to consider the many 240G to 256G SSDs that cost $90 to $100 now. With a 120G SSD you will find yourself always swapping games and data and stuff.

That is a top quality HDD, WD Black. You may want to consider a cheap Seagate 1TB HDD. About as fast and reliable, but about $50.

An ASUS Z97 A board has better ratings.

For overclocking you may want a better cooler, perhaps a Noctua U12.

An i7-4790k would be more suitable for that GPU, but other than that, everything looks pretty good. Good luck with the build!

It looks good. The only thing to change would be the 212 EVO, but only if you plan to OC it.
