Hello,
my dad has a MSI GTX 760 and has a FPS of 180 in BF4, I have 2 MSI GTX 770 twin frozr in SLI same settings and get 80 FPS in BF4.
I have looked at the differend hardware: I have a better CPU, moutherboard and I have a SSD instead of a HDD Like my dad. My windows and BF4 is installed on my SSD (250GB)
my rig:
moutherboard: gigabyte Z77X-UP7
CPU: I7-3770K @ 3.5GhZ
RAM: 32 GB DDR3 @ 1866 mHz
GPU: 2x MSI GTX 770 twin frozr
SSD: 250GB from samsung
HDD: 2 1TB in raid 1
hopefully you guys have enough information, if not just ask and I will give if I can
greetings,
Wesley

Check the fps with a different game.not the best game to compaire but: Elder scrolls online 60FPS on the lowest settings. I'm installing BF3 to compaire it better.
played some BF3 FPS 60-90 on the lowest setting highest setting 50-70 FPS. I still think that is realy low for 2 msi gtx 770 twin frozr
