I am using a very similar rig at my business, with that same APU. Only game I play there, when I can, is Call of Duty; MW3 and on a 1080 48" tv and it plays at 40-60 frames per second with settings on high withOUT AA.
BUT you need more RAM, at least 8GB, as the system RAM is used by the integrated graphics, and you want the fastest you can afford: This is one of the few times where faster RAM will provide noticeable positive results.
I found this out with streaming training videos.

It doesn't give any information for the GPU.

Depending that the GPU is 256 Integrated or more :
-It can run GTA SA/Vice City, Call of duty 1/2/4, all MUGEN Games, Max Payne 1/2, Battlefield 1... I can't think further

It can run Internet Explorer? (Probably not that well though)

Right now it can not run any games at very playable FPS you. If you want to be able to just buy a 270 or 270x and you should be able to.
