If this is for gaming do yourself a favor and just get a 2X4gb set of memory and put the saved money into a better MB and PSU. Both of those are garbage, the motherboard might be OK but that power supply is complete junk.
EDIT: even if it's not for gaming get a good power supply and add more memory when you can.

16GB for ram is more than enough unless you use this PC in 3D rendering.
If you only play game 8GB is enough.

Maybe the extra money for RAM can be added to get 500W 80+ Gold PSU.
