Black bar on bottom of screen
I recently have been switching the HDMI for my main display from my monitor to my TV, and have just noticed a black bar on the bottom of my second monitor that won't go away.

I looked at a few threads and guides that say to switch your aspect ratio and scaling options but everything failed so far.

Is there a step-by-step thing I can do to fix it properly?
I have a NVIDIA GTX 770 card, and the second monitor's native resolution is supposed to be 1600x900
Currently a black bar smaller than a task bar cuts off a part of the image

Thank You.

Have you updated your drivers to the current version?
