Reliable r9 270 starting to malfunction...
I bought an asus direct CUII r9 270 in February, and its been working like a champ. Everything was working fine, but I recently moved. After about 1 week of moving I started to notice that the monitor (asus vs247) would start to say "HDMI no signal". I then troubleshooted, and came up with this procedure to get it to work: (boot up both monitor and PC, unplug HDMI cable, leave monitor on, turn off the PC, plug hdmi back in, and power back up the PC.) It would then continue to function normally for the next week, then I would run across this problem again. Yesterday, it stopped working all together. This procedure doesn't work. Both the GPU and the monitor work just fine and boot up, but no matter what configuration of booting I do, I can't get the monitor and the GPU to communicate. Any suggestions? I live in Hawaii and the time to call asus tech support won't be till early in the morning. I think that this is a software problem with the r9. If it is, can you tell me where/how to download the new software. Also, if you have a answer please leave it in the comments.
