This is what I'd get for less than that much money. If you are doing things that are more CPU extensive than gaming like 3d rendering/mapping, etc. Or, if you're streaming, then maybe get an i7.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.98 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($28.99 @ Micro Center)
Motherboard: Asus Z97-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($137.99 @ NCIX US)

An i7 isn't even needed for future-proofing. Get the 4690K, and when it's old, overclock it to give it some oomph.

Or money could be saved tbh. If its for gaming, and i5 is all you need, unless future proofing is you goal. But unless your running a very CPU intensive game, performance increase will be unnoticeable.

What's your budget? A better build can be gotten.

i give 10/10

I personally use Corsair Vengeance and I see no problem with it, I boot in faster that all my friends in games and I love them :) .

Everything is top of the line, but I think that I7 is overkill unless you do some 3D rendering and modeling.

Either way, solid and will last you along time.

Solid build. Could add more RAM for longevity. Games become ever more RAM hungry and it might save you having to upgrade later. 2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance or Ripjaw would be my choice.
Excellent GPU. Have one of those babies myself.

Dude, it's a pretty slick build, I just wouldn't put "value" RAM in it. :)  I personally like the G.SKill memory - not that there's anything wrong with Corsair. By all means, build it as you have it, it will be great.
