The i3 will not bottleneck a 750 or 750ti. Its a mid range card and the i3 shouldn't bottleneck until we get ito high end cards. So long as you are not overclocking (which i assume you will not be as your CPU is locked) you shouldn't have any problem with heat. The Zotac card cools very well and for your system, the stock intel cpu heatsink-fan will be sufficient (I use the stock cooler on my i5 with an overclocked high end card and rarely hit 50C). If you want some peace of mind though, you can always buy an aftermarket cpu cooler which will keep temperatures down better than the stock intel cooler.

EDIT: To clarify, the CPU bottlenecks a Graphics card, not the other way around. This happens when the CPU is not powerful enough to process the graphics cards power, and so only handles a lesser amount of the cards potential, resulting in less performance than should be expected.

System memory type and the memory of a dedicated graphics card are completely independent of each other, they do not have any reliance on each other for compatibility at all.

^What he said. The Zotac 750 ti (comes factory overclocked) is a great card IMO. Served me well in the past and will not be bottle-necked by your i3. Its one of the better cards in terms of value and will run AAA titles comfortably enough on medium settings at least (I got 60fps on Skyrim Ultra settings). Cant speak for other vendors but in terms of value, Zotac is a solid choice. The card will set you back around £110 ($175).

I would avoid that card at all costs. It is so low-end that even the i3's onboard HD4400 graphics would outperform it. When shopping for an nvidia graphics card, don't go any lower the 5 tier (e.g. GTX 650/750) as anything lower than that is really only good for low-end gaming and media playback, but again, at that low level of performance, your onboard graphics would probably suffice while providing lower heat output and power consumption.
