Graphics chips run at much lower speeds than CPUs, 160MHz is a large increase in one go, if you're after the maximum stable OC it will take time to achieve it.
Move up 15-20 MHz at a time and test with something like OCCT, Catzilla or Furmark and keep a close eye on the card temperatures during each run, aim for no more than 90C because the load temperatures will be lower in games, therefore safer.
Once you've got the core as fast at it will go, then move on to the memory, again, small increases followed by a test run to ensure stable operation.
Do NOT mess with the voltages just yet, you sound a little inexperienced and upping the voltage is the quickest way to kill a system or card, and here you'll need VERY small increases because adding voltage will massively increase the heat output of the card.
Depending on how well your particular card overclocks you may find Overdrive won't push it to its limits, Afterburner will allow higher overclocks, but again, proceed carefully and methodically.
One final word of warning: overclocking can become an obsession.
