so i was searching to get GTX 780 i found this one looks pretty cheap than others
is it only because out of warranty !!

what is PNY! and are those graphic cards same as other GTX780 and 980? is it good to get

All of the reference cooler 980s are reference PCB designs, so aside from actual manufacturing quality, they should all be identical.
PNY manufactures a lot of professional series cards. They can be found in most OEMs offerings (Dell, HP, Lenovo). Their consumer cards are usually reference NVidia designs. GTX970 had a reference board, but not a reference cooler from Nvidia. PNY's old school blower, along with a version from EVGA, are as close to reference 970 as you can get.
