Hi! So my pc is G62 HP 4 GB and it says only 2 Gb is usable. So I heard that you need to upgrade to 64 bit and i don't have a cd but i have a bootable flash with windows 8.1 64 bit. It says that the version is not compatible and its the same version. So I need help to upgrade to 64 bits pls answer as fast as you can. Oh btw I'm running 32 bits.

You cant upgrade from 32bits to 64. It requires a full reinstall so be sure to backup important files and write down account information first. Ie -make sure you know all your accounts login id and passwords.Of course there is no point in going to 64bit windows unless you are going to add more ram. If you only have 4 both will have about 2gb available... the os, drivers, and startup apps all use some.
Ummm So wait I run windows 8 OS and how can I Full reinstall? and if I reinstall does that mean im gonna have 64 bits automatically?
You have to boot from your install media. You can't run the setup.exe of the 64bit from within a 32bit environment. It doesn't work.
Back up whatever you really want to keep. Have it offline during the install.
Boot from your 64bit install media and do it.
