Instead of posting one item at a time for parts picker post the whole system so we can see your budget too. That being said the FX6300 is adequate for most games at medium setting some at higher and some at lower. The motherboard you listed has 4 RAM sockets but you only have 1 8GB stick of RAM. I wold suggest you go for a 8GB kit (2X4GB) you get dual channel performance and if one stick dies you can still use you computer. As everyone has been commenting you got way to much power supply for a GTX 750 which only requires a 350w, and it doesn't support SLI. So I think you should either bump the VGA card up or the PS down. I don't see an O/S listed so I will assume you already have one.

Also, maybe spend less money to the PSU and on the GPU maybe. 750w is overkill for that rig. 500w is as a low as I would go without breaking a sweat.

Way too much power for your system. Get an evga 500B psu and with the leftover money upgrade to a 750ti

Rather than spending $55 on a CPU cooler, that money could go into a more powerful Intel processor that does not require a non-retail CPU cooler.

What kind of games are you looking to play? What gaming resolution do you play at? What settings are you looking to play at? And, What kind of frame rates are you expecting? What is your budget?

My vote is at first glance it looks pretty legit. All of your components come from rated manufacturers and it seems that you probably won't encounter any compatibility problems.

Two things to always check:
- Do all sockets match (AM3+, cooler, etc.)
- Are all of your size dependent parts (PSU, case, Mobo) properly rated for one another?
