FX 6300 + m5a97 mobo + corsair A70+ overclock
its clocked at 3.8 ghz with 1.2 volts. (optimized for performance)

i want to overclock but im not sure if my mobo even suited for oc

the plain version (let's call it 1.0) is somewhat the same as 2.0 (just not windows 8 ready)

It pack a 4+1 Voltage regulation modules or phase controller if you prefer. and a ok Thermal design.

I have seen people overclocking 6300 CPU with this board.

M5a97 evo, LE or 2.0 ? because they all have different voltage module regulation and thermal design.
