PC won't boot.. bad motherboard
My PC won't boot. It seems that it got damage from the power outage from 2 days ago. Does anybody know if there is a way to fix it?. I was able to start it yesterday, but it took a lot of tries and the Ethernet wasn't working. When I turn it off to put a Ethernet adapter it didn't want to start.

I already tried to clear CMOS, but it didn't help.

Mobo: asrock extreme 3
PSU: antec 620c neo Eco
Ram: gskill 8gb(2x4gb) 2133.

Also my PC parts are a month old. Do you think as rock will replace my Mobo?

It looks like the mobo is most likely the issue if the PSU is good. I would look at the motherboard that you suspect is damaged and try to see if you can see any signs of a short anywhere. I have had two computers go through storms and both had shorts in them and were visible on the motherboard but that just maybe me. Otherwise RMA the mobo.

I already tested my psu on my old computer, and it worked. I also tried my old PSU on my new computer, but it didn't show signs of life.

Most likely the PSU. if you have another one available try switching them out and see if thats the problem. If not you will have to take it to a Microcenter or maybe Bestbuy and see if they have a PSU tester. Does the psu make any sounds at all when you try to power on or nothing?

if there was a brown out or power spike your antec unit may have taken the hit for your rig to save your pc. if you have local pc repair or micro center see if they can plug in a test power supply to see if your system posts. if not you may be rma a few parts all at once.
