getting blank screen on installing nvidia 250 card
hi guys

im getting a blank screen when replacing my nvidia 7900GS 256mb with a nvidia 250 1GB, i have followed a few of the tips ive seen on the net but am getting nowhere, so ive followed the instructions to use integrated card and diable old card etc , im using a asus A8-8VM MB and have thermlake 470W PSU soshould be ok . new card has power and fan is spinning up ok, but nothing
funny when in switch from new card to intergrated on boot up i can see windows is booting , strange, any ideas guys?

in the bios try changing the video dram setting. try setting it to 256 or 512. see if the new card then works. if not check to see if your running an old bios file on your mb.
