I see all kinds of graphics cards however XFX and HIS are super cheap, but no reviews. Its seems shady.. For example, A XFX r7 260x is $112 and the ASUS one is $126, and the ASUS one has tons of reviews and the XFX has none. This is just a question as I do not want to be buying GPUs off of componanys that you cant trust there build quality.
Thanks,

Hello, the XFX Business model is very aggressive. For every model AMD card on the market, we try to be the lowest priced with the best warranty. Every XFX card comes with at least a 2 year warranty in North and South America. If it has 2 fans, it is eligible for a Lifetime Warranty once registered at xfxsupport.com.
Our tech support team is located in Southern California and are available to talk Mon-Fri 9-5PM PST (closed 12-1). If you have any questions are simply want to talk to someone to reassure yourself, please give us a call.

My old HIS HD3850 IceQ was really good. Fast, cool and silent.
I have used both XFX and HIS.
Both are good.
The thing you must pay attention is the series: Never take the lowest variant and try to get the variant with the better cooler from each brand.
My last 4 GPUs:
HIS IceQ HD3850
XFX HD7770
Shappire HD6850
MSI GTX970 4G
I am satisfied with all of them.

XFX is a fine brand, not the best, but nowhere bad. It's good for mid-range cards, I'd trust it. Same with HIS, it's a bit less fine, I'd go for XFX over HIS. Reviews for R7 260X (HIS reviews, no XFX):

Do not feel shady while getting XFX/HIS, they're fine quality.
