You can't reach medium settings upgrading all those 4 parts for $200.

Though you might get decent performance in games if you upgrade only the GPU and PSU.

Here's a possible upgrade for that, this gpu will run games at medium/high.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Video Card: Club 3D Radeon R9 270X 2GB '14Series Video Card ($159.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($59.98 @ OutletPC)
Total: $219.97
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Though your CPU might bottleneck it, so it might only be able to do low/medium. So would get a CPU upgrade later on.

You could also upgrade the mobo and CPU, though that won't do much in games, and will require a windows repair and re-entering the OS key.

Dude, your PSU needs to stay for a while, otherwise you need to stretch your budget, to get a decent build.

Best value for processor, just overclock it a bit.
CPU:
Intel Pentium Anniversary G3258

You will need a good mobo to OC the processor properly.
Motherboard:
ASRock Z97M Pro4
http://www.newegg.com/global/in/Product/Product.aspx?It...

The best low on wattage, but best on performance graphics card. The GTX 750.
GPU:

For now the gpu needs to be a GTX 750 for the psu's sake. Check whether there is any cheaper GTX 750.

If you think you can stretch a bit more buy this PSU. It's Indian made but it is reliable(I used it for more than 3 years no problems till now). Choose which one you can.

hi bro,
Thank for your valuable suggestion I decide to build a new pc. Im from india. My budget 200$ spend the following 4 parts ,mobo, cpu,Gpu,psu . I already have 8 gb ram. So I want to spend these 4 part pc. for 2015 games running mid setting.
Please guide me ……

That budget is half of what you need for the parts you need to get.

Just the video card to run new games at past low settings will be $100 or more, a good power supply is $40-50 which leaves $50 for the CPU and Motherboard which is not nearly enough.

For $200 you can get the Q model upgrade for your system and a low wattage gaming video card (the 750 models are great for the wattage PSU you have, which is likely a poor quaity one that won't handle a more power hungry card), which will help by a lot but not like spending $450-500 on a new system would get you. Even taking into account you having the RAM and case and maybe even a Windows license, $200 is not enough for a gaming video card, cpu, motherboard and power supply. $300 maybe for a low end gaming system if you skip the power supply and get a 750Ti which should run on the 350 watt one you have. Then you can get a nice FX 6300 based system, about $100 for the CPU, $60 on the mobo and the rest for the video card.

You'll need a CPU upgrade too if you wanna play the newest games, the CPU is way too slow for most titles.
I'm using cpubenchmark.com for these results, it takes some benchmarks and makes one score out of it.

A low-end gaming pc would use a Athlon X4 760K with the score: 4574
Your cpu, the "pro-c2d-2.66" or what i decoded it as: core 2 duo E8200 2.66Ghz, has a score of: 1882
even the 760K is having a hard time in cpu heavy games like battlefield 4, your cpu isn't half as fast.
My suggested upgrade here would be the:
core 2 quad Q8550 with a score of: 4070
though only if you can get it pretty cheap, this cpu is decently fast (much faster than your current cpu) and it doesn't require a mobo change, since it's under supported CPU's on asus' mobo site: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5G41CM_LX/HelpDesk_CP...

and if you won't spend money on replacing the PSU, then get a Nvidia GT750/GT740, as they're using a very little amount of power. Any gpu more powerful and you would have to change the psu too for about ~$40-50 because they draw more power.

Hope this helped you! :)
