Is the MoBo Asus H81 mk(1150) good?
I am soon planning to buy a Core i5 4440 with asus H81M-K as it perfectly fits my budget
Soon i will be paring it with a GTX 750ti!
Is any problem destined to come to play latest video games with good fps in med settings?
Is the MoBo ok?

Yes its actually a very decent board. I built a pc for a friend recently and the sale bundle came with this board and a i5 4440. If you only need 2x sata 6 ports and 2x sata 3 ports, and only plan to use one GPU, then this board is brilliant. It even looks quite good.

I was especially impressed with Asus Fan tuner.

For decent FPS on medium settings? Yes for most games! Look up some benchmarks of 750 Ti, it does fine for high settings with decent FPS on latest titles, card is quite powerful, I'm certain, unless you're a hardcore gamer, it'd suffice for gaming needs :)
PS: Take note of Onus's advise.

Well yes!
I am not that much of a hardcore gamer! But yes games make me happy
Thats y i am shifting from a core 2 duo to i5 (quad core)
Lol!

Your expectations are entirely reasonable for those parts. Get a 2x4GB RAM kit and a decent PSU (a 350W 80+ Seasonic would do nicely; bigger only if you anticipate upgrades).
