how to mantan my passport ultra HDD
hello there, I have 500 GB my passport ultra hard disk it is 7 month old i stored many data one time i put on my pc on the table and it it break when contact to the earth how to maintan it?

I'm sorry to hear about your WD Passport Ultra! :( 
Unfortunately, if you've dropped it, as the community already mentioned you've probably damaged a component inside the drive.
This makes it impossible to maintain it by yourself.

By "contact to earth" I guess you mean it landed on the floor - right?

Unfortunately that will have permanently damaged it since the moving parts of a hard drive (the platters and the read/write heads) are very delicate.

It cannot be fixed. You should always use at least two hard drives to store your data on so that you always have a backup if one of them fails or gets broken.

Did you say it fell and broke? if so not much to do now but learn from it.
