Replicating DS Vanquish : Is this a nice PC build?
I was fascinated about the DS Vanquish decided to buy it but I don't have the right budget to buy it without installments in my country. So I manage to replicate the DS Vanquish Level 3 using components available at a local online store. Since I don't know much about PC Components and this will be my first in build my own PC I don't know if they will work fine or will be able to handle upcoming next-gen games. That's why I came here to ask you guys about this build:

Deepcool Pangu Case
Intel Core i5-4460 3.2 Ghz Processor
2x Kingston Desktop Memory 4GB 1600MHZ
Samsung SH-224DB Internal DVD Writer
WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM Sata 6GB/s 64MB Cache
Microsoft Windows 8.1 SL 64-Bit English International
EVGA GTX 660 Ti 2GB SC Super Clocked
Cooler Master GX2 550 Watts Power Supply
Asus H81MD Motherboard
Seasonic X-650 80Plus Gold

So I changed my PSU to Seasonic X and since almost everything is sale on the store i found the a 320$ GTX 660 Ti and it's sale for 25% while I found a 343$ R9 270X on 17% sale more costly.

The 660 video card is not the best card to get now unless you are getting a great price on it. The R9 270X is right at the same level and is cheaper (once again, depending how much you are paying for the 660 Ti. The only one for sale on newegg is a used one for $160).

The CM GX2 is not the best one, review of the older GX was not good. Pick one from the top 2 tiers here http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supp... Tier 3 one are also OK but go for the higher wattage range the video card needs.
