Solved Forum question

PC auto shutdown when start game/benchmark
Hi, I just bought my Gigabyte gtx 970 gaming g1 graphic card, but after installed it into my rig, whenever I start my game, my pc will shutdown, then boot back up after few seconds. I read something about the psu but I need to get more debug information from u guys, here's my rig...

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-H87N-wifi
Psu: Corsair VS550W
Ram: Gskill 1x8gb DDR3 1600mhz

Thanks! My problem solved after changing to a better PSU.
Ya currently I only have one 8GB ram, will upgrade to dual channel 16GB in future ;)

The VS series PSU may not be able to output what it once did because of capacitor aging. Try running OCCT GPU test and look at the voltage graphs it creates..... it may detect the nVidia card and throttle it, so try again w/ Furmark if it does.
