Installed Windows 7 on a new SSD, kept my old HDD as 2nd disk, can I run games from it?
Good afternoon,

Recently, I bought a new 128GB SSD, installed windows 7 on it and made it my primary drive, keeping my old HDD as a secondary drive for storage purposes. I still haven't gotten around to formating the HDD but I noticed that some of the programs I had installed on it still work, while others don't.

If I format the HDD and start installing programs/games/etc on it, will all of them work or will some still not?

Thanks in advance for any help

Best regards

The reason they probably are not working is there is no entries in the registry for them. So if you install them over or format the HDD and reinstall they should work fine.
