Can someone please explain to me what is the difference between the Bottom of the line Zotac GTX 970(With the white lines) and the Zotac GTX 970 AMP! Omega (With the orange lines)?
I know that there is a slight difference in core and memory clock speeds, that doesn't matter to me. I can OC and make the card get there. Is there a major difference between the coolers of these cards?
P.S. I own a Zotac GTX 970, the original one (bottom of the line, no AMP!)...

I achieved an OC of 1500 Mhz before the system went unstable and I had to turn it down. It actually remains stable even at 1450 Mhz+ clock speeds and 7700 Mhz Memory. The temperatures never spiked above 75 C. Overall, it is an Awesome performer.
I think the cooler is good even on the ordinary version, which I own.
Although thank you guys, you're really helpful. Thanks a Million!

Amp Omega basically uses a binned chip that will remain stable at higher overclocks, has a different backplate and beefed up VRM. And has two 8-pin sockets instead of 6-pin so it probably draws more power. It has a micro USB port for connecting to internal USB for Zotac's proprietary OC//monitoring software.
