Just wanted to start off by saying hi. I'm new to TomsHardware and i became recently interested in PC gaming. Lets just fantasize and imagine that I was a billionaire wanting to make a pc console for Google that directly competes with Xbox One and PS4. I've been interested in their new Nexus Player and I have an idea to take a step further. To build an affordable gaming pc that can be played on your TV. With this system you can play PC games, remastered android games (Imagine asphalt drive remastered in 1080p 60fps), and the selling point is that you can use touch controls with your android phone (think of the Wii u gaming pad). The console will have several exclusives, but the main goals include the ability to play any game at max settings, use your phone as a gaming pad, remake android mobile games to be bigger and better than ever. Here are the parts for the PC console:
CPU: Intel Core i7 Extreme Edition
Motherboard: Biostar H61MGV3
Video Card: GeForce GTX 980
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB kit
Storage: Western Digital 1TB
Optical Drive: Asus Black Blu-ray combo drive
OS: Steam OS
Retail Price: $575
Would you buy this PC console? What ideas would you have for it? Do you think it would work?

You make no sense whatsoever:Technical aspects:
You can't cram I7 and GTX 980 into a console for 575$. The 980 by itself is 500-550 USD. H61 motherboards can't run the I7 Extreme edition (which, I guess, you meanLGA 2011). That would go for another 500+ extra topping 1000+.
Conceptual aspects:
It will not work. At all. The basic concept is flawed. Remastered Android games - that is the same category as Wii U. Using your Android device - other games/platforms already do it. There won't be any advantage, and any other Steam Box would do whatever you wanted and even better.
You are not visualizing a console. You are visualizing a SteamBox with an extra feature which (using android device) game developers are doing from time to time.
