I am building a new Pc and im in need of some assistance. I want to know which psu to get. As I can't seem to find a good one. P.s I live in Pakistan and there are not much brands available other than CM Corsair Thermaltake Antec Xigmatek. So suggest something that I would get here.
My build is as follows

CM 690 ii Advanced
I5 4590
gigabyte b85m-d3h
8 gb ram
1 Tb HDD
Msi R9 280x

So suggest a good Psu.

Yes, I would get the TX (even the non-v2) before the VS.

The VS is a budget level PSU designed for budget level systems. It's ok, and would probably work, but it doesn't like to be stressed to hard at all.

But the main problem is that I can't seem to find Tx in my country. They told me that TX is not being manufactured at the moment so they don't have it.Thry got VS650 but o ddon't actually want it cuz its not as good as the TX/TX v2.

Another thing I wanted to know that if I can't find TX v2 and instead find a TX650. Should I get it over VS650 ?

What about Corsair VS650 ? Or Tx650 v2 ??

The TX v2 is great quality. Made by Seasonic, one of the best in the industry. The VS is... average. Not terrible, not great.

I would look at an 80 Plus Bronze PSU from Corsair/Antec. CM has some good PSU's too, but you usually pay for what you get, so keep that in mind.
I'd look at a 500w PSU to allow you some room for some upgrades down the line. I like:
Corsair:
CX 500/CX 500M
Any of the HX series of at least 500w

Antec:
Just about any 500w or better PSU (of coarse 80 PLUS Bronze certified)

If you have a list of PSU's that meet your budget than that would be a bit easier to recommend, but if you get at least a 80 PLUS Bronze certified PSU from Corsair/Antec you should be fine. CM, Thermaltake, & Xigmatek have some decent PSU's too, but I'm not as familiar with their offerings.
