But the main problem is that I can't seem to find Tx in my country. They told me that TX is not being manufactured at the moment so they don't have it.Thry got VS650 but o ddon't actually want it cuz its not as good as the TX/TX v2.
Another thing I wanted to know that if I can't find TX v2 and instead find a TX650. Should I get it over VS650 ?

I would look at an 80 Plus Bronze PSU from Corsair/Antec. CM has some good PSU's too, but you usually pay for what you get, so keep that in mind.
I'd look at a 500w PSU to allow you some room for some upgrades down the line. I like:
Corsair:
CX 500/CX 500M
Any of the HX series of at least 500w
Antec:
Just about any 500w or better PSU (of coarse 80 PLUS Bronze certified)
If you have a list of PSU's that meet your budget than that would be a bit easier to recommend, but if you get at least a 80 PLUS Bronze certified PSU from Corsair/Antec you should be fine. CM, Thermaltake, & Xigmatek have some decent PSU's too, but I'm not as familiar with their offerings.
