Stuck at BIOS screen after turned of power at the main
Recently my computer has been having trouble completing updates, it would get stuck on an update an would stay like that and I would be forced to turn the computer off at the power supply. Normally this is not a problem, however when I turned the PC back on it just gets stuck at the bios screen. Any help on how to fix this or what the cause of the issue may be would be greatly appreciated.
I will include Specs in case it helps diagnose the problem.
Motherboard - asusp8z77
Graphics card - radeon 7950hd
OS - windows 7 32bit
PS - corsair gs800

I cleared the CMOS and after restarting the computer it was still stuck at the BIOS screen. Could this be a problem with the motherboard?

clear the cmos to see if it a mb bios issue. then if you can get into windows run hdtune and a vendor tests tools on the hard drive and memtest86 on the ram. most time a bios lock up at screen can be the hard drive controller locking up the system. easy check is unplug the data cable.
