And I want to crossfire my two

16 gb of ram 4 gbs a stick and I have four sticks of ram so total is 16 gb ram I'm running
Is 1000w enough?
Or is it more than enough?

Yes, more than enough. Unless you want to go with two graphics cards someday, it's overkill.More important that the wattage - what brand is it? Lots of watts don't make any difference if it's a crap brand. Much more important that it's reliable and well put-together. A 500W PSU is better than an 850W or 1000W one that blows up and fries your whole system.
He is already is using 2 cards.

for sure the rosewill lighting 1000w will be sufficient for your build. not sure why you would even wonder at the price of the rosewill $160 you can get any atx PSU and it will be sufficient for your build. Well not any for 160 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
