Fluctuating Fan RPM
Is this normal.....It only fluctuates by the 10s I think but very rapidly and I don't remember seeing this before. Also can voltages do this also and be considered ok. TNX.

I have mine connected via MB and it does this in the bios when at idle but yeah i guess its normal.

Fans that are connected to the mobo or on the GPU will speed up or slow down based upon temperatures within the computer. The temps vary by the load put on the computer and/or cleanliness of the computer (a ton of dust - especially in the groves of a heat-sink, will create elevated temps).
