The Babboon's were for personal gratification, and even they would have turned him down.

Well well, what a luck I have an email notification function.

Ok I will explain for the ones who didn't know already (I already talked to Pike and DHLucke and they said they would inform THGC).

Anyway my study electrotechnic engineering has begun and the time load is much higher then I expected... that means as good as zero time to post at THGC. Also I became a member of a student society, which also consmumes free time.
To conclude I got no time to post at THGC atm... but my next period (starting in 4 weeks) will be somewhat lighter so I hope I can pick up posting again in that period.

Sorry that I didn't inform you about this earlier but I didn't want to be sucked in THGC and waste to much of my rare time.

Good luck everyone!

I miss the guy. I don't personally believe he is THAT busy, but oh well. He'll get back someday.

You should beleive things more easily... my weekend contains almost only studying, and I don't have much time in the evenings. You're just in high school (which is nothing compared to university in my country)... the work load in university is 10x higher. Heck I got 5 different courses and in each one we did about 250 pages out of a telephone like book in 4 weeks!

Me gonne now, have to study, etc.

Okay svol, I have a confession.....

In mimicry of your "Countermeasurements" Poll I created a poll called "Countermeasures: The Ban Svol Poll" all in good humor. It wasn't meant as an insult towards you, it was done just for laughs. Tell me watcha think.

Yes I enjoy it although the workload is insane... a couple of courses are very interesting. And guess what: I will be designing my own chip at the end of the year (just a simple one) which will be made on a 500nm process in the chip factory we got here. Dr00l!

ROFLOL... what an insane poll, I really missed some good things.

I saw in your profile that you're an old member, and that you made 1600 posts in 1.5 month is nice. But you still don't know how to make proper URL in this forum.

Thanks for pointing that out RobD.

Okay svol, as you can see from my User name it is UFO_WARVIPER, but you can call me UFO. My real name is D.J. Mac Farlane. I was born in California, & I live in Texas & I am a 20 year old student going Jacksonville College in Jacksonville Texas. I registered in the Forums in December 20001 but I only posted up to about 35 posts before I quit for a year. When I came back in August of this year, 2003, I made a post in the Graphics Card section & haven't stop posting since. I'm truly addicted here. I'm basically a Graphics Card Forum Resident. I donl't go to the CPU section much. Heck, sometimes I see more than 500 New Replies in the CPU section before I click on it. So basically I hang out in the Graphics section, the "Other", polls, & Games sections, & occaisionally drop a few posts in the CPU section as well of course.

ROFLMAO, & not really with much (if any) spamming either even though many of my posts are rather short.

You might cout my posts in the "Forum Games Test" or "THe Agressive Thread" as spamming I guess to an extent like everyone elses's in those 2 joke threads.

You are an Other resident now and for all eternity. You cannot escape. Resistance is futile.

You know what, I never voted yet in the poll, I was waiting until there was at least 30 votes so the results wouldn't be too biased. The reason behind the number 30 is that in the study of Statistics there is a theory that a MINIMUM of 30 samples is required for potentailly staticically sound results. If you vote, tell us what your decision was.

Mine will forever be missed. Spud, the Forum Rottweiler bit mine off ages ago, currently, according to a post in another thread, he is dangling mine over a blender & threatening to grind it into mush.

SVOL YOU OLD DUTCH BASTARD! *HUGG*

Everyone hug the blond fool!

We DO miss you lol!
This forum has been slow and tons of fights occured since you left (coincidence?! ) but now it's stabilizing, Emma is slowly returning, Wing and Rob are finally back together. Scam wanted me to marry him once, but I think he cheated 100 times since.

nVidia and ATi are still freaking out, nVidia always with cheats and such. It's pretty much the same. Sad you weren't there for the Athlon 64 FX wars in the CPU forum. Well, there are still some.

Flamethrower is still the forum bragger lol, we got into some fights there. The Forum Album is MUCH bigger than before, we constantly add or update current ones. Well, let's hope you can come back soon. Don't you get like at least 2 weeks off on Xmas?

I'm still wondering if Svol just happened to drop in by pure coincidence when I bumped his thread, or if one of the other forum members contacted him. Oh & there's been ALOT of discussion on how WONDERFUL his svol's arse must be because he's Dutch.
