No offence, but I think people in this thread are treading a fine line
between insulting an individual and insulting a country/religion

Hello,

There is some bugs and things that must be corrected howewer FsP
was designed to accept upgrade without loosing the flight database
and I'm working yet on the new version. I hope to get it ready by the
end of august at last.

I have a sticky in the support forum that state what has been done,
corrected and what is still to do here:
http://www.fspassengers.com/forum/ [...] 156&t=2156

About being proud of cracking that can be discussed... howewer just for
technical intterest I'm really intterested by what he claim... he look
more as a kid than an "aware" programmer.

About posting here again I'm not sure if I can post news and new
release alert as this may be considered as "advertisment" and I
didn't read the policy of this newsgroup.

Best regards,

Dan

It's Usenet so anything goes, don't worry :-) This is a quiet group
and via filters/ignoring threads it keeps quiet, I personally don't
mind news from a developer, those who will may just ignore and those
who will jab at you you can ignore <G>

There are many bugs in FS2004 but we still love it.
What i was trying to say about "wait and see" had more to do with opinions
about the game rather than it's technical benifits.

No, he is a kid, but as i said i do work with crakers and i could ask them
to have a look at it if you want.

Is this a case of being cocky, arrogant, or just an unfamiliarity of the
language. It seems you have very humble parents as it appears they still
have all of that quality. I'll give you something to think about. Define
the word supercilious, and even make application of it.

One could always hack into your computer and steal what you have
accomplished...would that be okay with you?

Considering its a 1 man project, this is great. And now with the comunity

Well now there's a challenge boB
How about inverted, in formation, at night, and using the relief tube while
calling for the weather?

Did it at night, and the whole formation landed perfectly. Was
listening to ATIS - voice only.

Ha... thanks for resurrecting this one. It was probably the funniest thing I have read all day. You'd think the author of the original post was wanting us to throw him a party to celebrate his achievement.

Ah the joys of the internet.
