Yeah, that's a fair price range.

I'd even go lower. To be frank: I swim, fish cycle a bit so something that can keep time and is digital, well, they can be picked up for like 5-10 bucks and last years.

I will say this though. I had enough brains to purchase 5 expensive suits while I was a sales executive at a big energy firm. At the time, these Italian fockers cost me greatly in savings, but I loved the look and the quality.

Now, that said, a nice Rolex to wear with those suits...well, it would just top it off.

Like I said, I suffer from the same impulses as everyone else. :)

yes i had a 20$ watch that survived mutiple dives to 90 feet
in cozumel and around 60 feet in a zinc mine near joplin MI.
that zinc mine was COLD 8O.

i was wearing only a 1 mm wetsuit and the thermolcline was 50 deg F.

Reply to sirheck

It was a good watch then.

And that's the point: price doesn't always equate to quality, and, to be frank, I wouldn't want an expensive watch on whilst I'm out fishing, doing sports, etc..

What about a Swatch?

Reply to dasickninja

I have a Swatch that I bought in a Swatch store in Switzerland. It doesn't have a lifetime warranty... it has a "10,000 Year Warranty"

and after about seven years it quit.
took it in to get a new battery and it would,nt work.

it was 69.99$
LOL now that i think of it it was the exact same watch
that keanu reevse wore in the original (speed).

Looks cool, northern Minnesota near my cabin has many mine pits that are 300-400 feet deep and tiny as hell. I can toss a rock across some and they are so clear and deep they never get over 45F or so. Kinda scary standing at the top of a cliff and looking down to 200 feet deep water. Fun as hell to slip bobber 110 feet down for rainbow trout though :)

Been to Cozumel but only went snorkling. Was fun though. Ever heard of Sanibel Island? Amazing place to look for sea shells (/embarrassing) I've never been diving in the ocean, but snorkled in Cozumel/Haiti/Sanibel/Jamaica. I love cold weather so I would rather dive a mine shaft with a headlamp then fry my ass on a boat to a dive site...though my girlfriend looks better in a bikini than in a wetsuit (not so bad either)

Reply to tool_462

Wow, that looks awesome.

"The Back Room" has to be eerie. I would like to do a night dive there, do they allow that? Something about going into the pitch black water that adds a little extra apprehensive feeling to it, kinda spooky but that just makes it that much cooler. I'm sure you know what I mean.

Hey Tool. Your woman is hot, mate. :)

Bummer about the murmur. Hope its all ok for her over the long term.

Reply to BomberBill

8) Thanks guys, it's all pretty much straightened out now. Doctors think it's mostly stress induced so she does yoga and some breathing exercises that have been helping, she'll be ok :D

So what you're saying is that you can't perform for her in bed, thus not relieving her stress factor.

Admitting where you're inadequate is the start.

If you ask me, there is something seriously wrong (even worse than a Wingding on various barn animals) with some one that would inflict that hair style on a child. Very wrong...

Then again, Hip hop culture still has to answer for the flat top.
