I built one of these for my wife's work computer, and I really liked it... Simple but with much potential... It's a microATX case, but you can put 4 120 mm fans in it... I wasn't thrilled with the HDD mounts, but then I realized that the drives / cages wouldn't be in the way of the front fan. It's not amazing for space / features, and not the sturdiest case I've dealt with, but I was still pretty impressed... Get a fan controller for the 4 fans and you can go from silent to freezing...

I still prefer watercooling. Almost no noise and unbelievable thermal control.
Of course, I've progressed to the stage of milling my own blocks, using fuel-line hose for the tubing, raiding a car scrapyard for the radiator, and an aquarium pump.
Actually, it just used to fall over when the 'fan' switched on. Centrifugal blower raided off a site, and the sheer starting torque of the motor would cause the case to tilt in the opposite direction of spin.
The main problem I am having now is with the vid card. Things sounds like a mini-vac when running, and the side fan on the desk makes me feel like I am getting baked.
No, not that baked.

For pumps, try visiting one of them shops where you can buy aquarium equipment. Look for the brand 'Eheim'. Bear in mind you'll need a relay since it's a 120VAC/240VAC pump.
