Ah thank you, I think I remember using this program many years ago on a S3 Savage 4 PCI!

You're Welcome

If you sign up over at the EVGA forums you can also download thier Precision overclocking tool, it's basically Rivatuner Lite, much simpler interface.

The CPU I raise from the standard 3.0Ghz to 3.3 and the GPU I gave it 10% increase (so the core went from 670 to 737 and mem speed from 970 to 1067).

SO it's good score? When I submitted it to the Futuremark site it showed I'm below similar systems... I'm afraid to go beyond this overclock.. think it's safe?

Overclock at your own risk... I think it's safe IMHO! I overclocked mine to 4.5ghz and the GPUs to 720/1000 giving me a score near 20k. Think it was 19700. You could get in the 17k easily with a lot of overclocking.

This is as high as I dare push the components, not a bad increase from 8,600 to 12,225. I'm now using Rivatuner to keep the fan speed at 100% at all times, the GPU is idling at 60C and peaks at 75C which is nice.
